Brief
The client had an internal management software, but it was outdated and inefficient. He needed a new, modern system with new features, that would be easy to use for his employees, who were used to the old software.
My role
Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes for the old and new system features.
Work closely with the development team during the design implementation phase using agile framework (Scrum).

Results
After the test release, the published software was enrolled to the client’s 1,300 employees.
It increased workers’ efficiency with the administration and management work, allowing them to focus on the actual customers service.
New features enabled better control of the spare-part orders, resulting in less delays and double-bookings.
